Daniel came to the U.S. from Mexico at just 9 years old, quickly finding his passion—and home—in Austin's vibrant culinary scene. Mentored by top local chefs, he's managed two acclaimed Emmer & Rye concepts and cooked at Michelin-recognized Barley Swine and Comedor.
